Purpose
Business analysis
A workshop with you in which the consultant reviews your current process, content and data, then maps out a new process and solution that improves efficiency, performance and results.

Systems
Implementation, then user testing
We use the agile DSDM method: time and budget are fixed and the deliverables flex. After the business analysis, the AI recipes are prioritised with you as Must, Should, Could and Won’t have this time, and the Must haves are built first, with weekly meetings to show progress and get your feedback. We then deliver a working prototype, refine it and hand over the finished solution for roll-out.

3-month monitoring and optimisation
A consultant reviews and prepares the content and systems each week for you to approve, and analyses results monthly to adjust the plan against your baseline.
